Organised Across the Globe

Here are 10 things which helped me to stay organised during my 7-week, 11-country, 9-language, 7-currency whirlwind and wonderful trip…

  1. A well-researched plan.
  2. My handbag, with a place for everything and everything in its place.
  3. The travel wallet my generous colleagues gave me, with secure places for passports, tickets, etc.
  4. The internet.
  5. My digital camera.
  6. A teeny tiny notebook.
  7. My travel diary.
  8. Reliable public transport.
  9. My husband – we make a great team.
  10. A relaxed state of mind.

I’m happy to relive the memories. It went like this… England, Jersey, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Russia. The main purpose of the trip was to visit family and friends, dotted all over Europe. So we took the chance to stop off in some favourite locations as well as find some new places to love. *Sigh*
