SWA Rap gets the message across

I’ve taken 3 flights to get to Columbus, and I’ll be taking 3 more home again.  I’m an only child, which contributes to my desire to follow rules, so I pay attention when the announcements are made, but how many times can you hear it before your eyes glaze over and the duty-free shopping magazine suddenly becomes crucial reading?

Last October I shared with you how much more effective those announcements were when delivered using some imagination and a dose of fun.

Well, here’s another instance of a flight made fun and an announcement made effective.  Wouldn’t you prefer to listen when someone obviously loves their work?  Enjoy!
