- Donate 5 items you no longer use to charity. Make sure they’re useful to someone. Put them in a bag in your car, and next time you’re out, go by a drop off point.
- Toss 5 magazines. Pass them on a friend, a nursing home or kindergarten.
- Clear 5 emails from your inbox.
- Plan meals for the next 5 days. Check which ingredients you have on hand. Write a list for the rest.
- Leave for work 5 minutes earlier. Leaving at the last moment creates unwarranted stress.
